Q. How much does the postage and packaging cost?
A. All UK orders are carry a £2.50 delivery fee, orders to Europe cost £6.00 and the rest of the world £10.00

Q. How long does delivery take?
A. Delivery is always next business day providing that you place your order prior to 3pm for all UK orders and between three to ten working days for non UK orders.

Q. Do you post laptop bags abroad?
A. Yes, we are able to deliver our laptop bags world wide.

Q. Can I choose a different delivery address, to my work for example?
A. We encourage you to arrange delivery at an address that you will be available for signature. We are unable to deliver without a signature.

Q. Do I need to be in to sign for the laptop bags when they arrive?
A. A signature must be available otherwise delivery can not be made.

Q. Is it safe to use my credit/debit card online to pay for my laptop bag?
A. We use a well known reputable payment processor called Paypal. We never ask for or have access to your card or address details, all of this information is handled by Paypal on their secure servers.

Q. Can I pay by cheque?

Q. Will I get a confirmation after buying a laptop bag from you?
A. Your order will be confirmed by email from Paypal and by email from us. If you pay by cheque and include an email address we will also send a confirmation email so you know we have receive your order.

Q. Why do Paypal need to know my email address or phone number?
A. If there is any problem with your order it is important that we have valid contact details for you. Your phone number is optional but is useful if we need to contact you about your order.
