Q. How much does the postage and packaging cost? A. All orders are carry a £6 delivery fee.
Q. How long does delivery take? A. Delivery is always next business day providing that you place your order prior to 3pm.
Q. Do you post laptop bags abroad? A. We currently ship to the UK Mainland only.
Q. Can I choose a different delivery address, to my work for example? A. We encourage you to arrange delivery at an address that you will be available for signature. We are unable to deliver without a signature.
Q. Do I need to be in to sign for the laptop bags when they arrive? A. A signature must be avaiable otherwise delivery can not be made.
Q. Is it safe to use my credit/debit card online to pay for my laptop bag? A. We use a well known reputable payment processor called Paypal. We never ask for or have access to your card or address details, all of this information is handled by Paypal on their secure servers.

Q. Will I get a confirmation after buying a laptop bag from you? A. Your order will be confirmed by email from Paypal or by email from us if you pay by cheque.
